On 2008-01-15 the transfer file T03-tf has been sent from the "pcs" façade (of the Process Group) to

the "cons" façade (the consolidating Project Façade). The latter was empty.

The "populations" section of the "cons" facade has temporarily been storing the information that:

    1) declaring process unit 21,

    2) declaring a vessel,

    3) assigning tagno V-6060 to that vessel,

    4) vessel V-6060 is a part of process unit 21

After execution of the populate API method the data are archived, and the "populations" section is as shown below.
