class_of_left_namespace

A <class_of_left_namespace> is a <class_of_namespace> that indicates that the class_of_part is the left namespace for the members of the class_of_class_of_whole.
EXAMPLE WC1: is the left namespace for customer site identifiers for Water Company 1.
